The envelope was the kind you can buy in packs of fifty at any drugstore. Padded, beige, my address printed on a sticker label in a plain font. No return address. No name. Inside, wrapped in a single fold of printer paper, was a black USB drive. The paper was blank. I turned it over twice looking for writing that wasn't there.
